PASTA RECIPES


PACKY VERMICELLI VEG. PULAV

Ingredients :
Packy Vermicelli - 100 gm., Peas - 50 gm, Carrot - 2-3 nos., Onion - 2 nos. (finely chopped), Tomato - 2 nos.,
Cabbage - 50 gm., Capsicum - 2 nos., Oil - 2 tbsp., Salt, Red Chilli, Garam Masala to taste.

Method :
Boil sufficient Water and Add Packy Vermicelli, 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tbsp oil. Cook Vermicelli for 5 minutes. Drain water & run through tap water & keep aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan. Add onion and tomato and fry till oil separates. Add all the vegetable & spices. Add 50 ml. water and simmer till the vegetables get soft. Lastly mix Packy vermicelli in the vegetables properly. Garnish with coriander & serve hot.
