PACKY
VERMICELLI VADA
Ingredients :
Packy Vermicelli - 100 gm., Potato - 2 nos. (big boiled), Peethi - 50 gm.,
Onion - 2 nos. (chopped), Green Coriander 1 bunch (chopped), Green Chilli
- 2 nos. (chopped), Oil - for frying, Salt, Red Chilli,
Garam Masala to taste.
Method :
Boil Packy Vermicelli in 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tbsp
oil. Cook Vermicelli for 5 minutes. Drain water & run through tap
water & keep aside. Mix Packy Vermicelli, peethi, boiled potatoes,
onion, green coriander, chilli, salt, garam masala & red chilli. Mix
well to make the vadas. Heat oil in the karahi & fry the vadas. Now
serve hot Vadas with chutney.
