VERMICELLI LADOO
Ingredients :
Packy Vermicelli - 200 gm., Paneer - 250 gm., Milk - 1/2 lt., Raw Coconut
- 1 (grated or coconut powder), Powdered Sugar - 2-3 tsp., Chhoti Elaichi
- 2-3 nos., Yellow color - few drops.
Method :
Boil Packy Vermicelli in milk. When milk is absorbed add sugar, coconut
powder & chhoti elaichi. Now grate the paneer and mix with sugar &
yellow color and mash gently. Flat Packy Vermicelli on your palm and fill
paneer in it and make a small balls. Now roll it on the coconut powder.
Put it in the refrigerator for some time and serve cool - cool.
