PACKY
VERMICELLI CUTLET ROLL
Ingredients :
Packy Vermicelli - 200 gm., Bean - 50 gm, Carrot - 50 gm., Onion - 100
gm., Potatoes - 50 gm., Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch, Mint Leaves - 1 bunch,
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp., Green Chilli - 6-8 nos., Bread Powder (Bread
Crumbs) - 100 gm., Oil - for frying, Salt to taste.
Method :
Boil Packy Vermicelli in 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tbsp
oil. Cook Vermicelli for 5 minutes. Drain water & run through tap
water & keep aside. Boil potatoes and other finely chopped vegetables.
Mash boiled potatoes & mix with finely chopped boiled vegetables,
onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, pepper powder, salt & green
chilli. Finally add boiled Packy Vermicelli and mix well. Shape into
cutlets & roll in bread crumbs, deep fry into golden brown and serve
hot with sauce.
