SHELL GREEN SALAD
Ingredients :
Packy Shell - 200 gm., Peas - 50 gm (boiled), Onion - 2
nos., Tomato - 3 nos., Carrot - 2 nos. Cabbage - 50 gm., Cucumber - 1 big,
Chaat Masal - 4 tsp, Lemon juice - 2 tsp, Salt, Black Pepper, Jeera powder
to taste. Green Coriander - 1 bunch (chopped).
Method :
Boil Packy Shell in 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tbsp
oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain water & run through tap water &
keep aside. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Take a big pan and
mix all the vegetables & spices. Add Packy Shell & Lemon juice
& mix well. Garnish with Coriander & serve.
