PACKY PENNE WITH PALAK (SPINACH)

Ingredients :
Packy Penne  - 200 gm., Spinach - 1 cup(paste), Onion - 100 gm. (finely chopped), Ginger paste - 1/4 tbsp., Tomato paste - 1/2 cup, Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup, Oil - 2 tbsp., Salt, Red Chilli, Garam Masala to taste.

Method :
Boil sufficient Water and Add Packy Penne, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain out water and run through tap water and keep aside. Boil Palak in cooker & then make a paste. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan, add onion, ginger, tomato and palak paste, green chilli and salt, cook till oil separates. Then add cream and lastly Packy Penne & garam masala. mix well & serve hot.
