PASTA RECIPES


PACKY PASTA IN CAPSICUM SAUCE

Ingredients :
Packy Pasta  - 200 gm., Peas - 100 gm, Carrot - 2 nos. (chopped), Onion - 1 nos., Garlic flakes - 3-4, Tomato Sauce - 1/2 cup, Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup, Capsicum - 2 nos. (big), Butter - 2 tbsp., (melted), Oliver Oil - 2 tbsp., Cheese - 50 gm. (grated), Salt, Black Pepper  to taste.

Method :
To make sauce, heat oil add garlic, onion & capsicum, cook till onion turns transparent. Cool it and make a paste in the blender. Boil Packy Pasta in sufficient water, rinse in fresh water & keep aside. Heat butter, add peas, carrot & stir for 3-4 minutes, till the vegetables get cooked. Add tomato sauce, Packy pasta, salt & black pepper. Lastly pour fresh cream over the mixture. Top with grated cheese and serve hot.
