PACKY MACARONI TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients :
Packy Macaroni - 100 gm., Onion - 1 nos. (finely chopped), Tomato - 1 kg., Milk - 150 ml., Garlic - 4 flakes, Sugar - 1 tsp., Corn Flour - 2 tsp., Cloves - 4 nos., Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp., Butter - 25 gm., Salt ans Black Pepper to taste.

Method :
Boil Packy Macaroni in 1/4 tsp. salt & 1 tsp oil. Cook for 5 mins. Drain water and run through tap water & keep aside. Take 750 ml water in cooker, add onion, tomato, garlic, cloves, cinnamon powder, salt & cook for 10 minutes. Mash the mixture and sieve into the pan & get a puree. Mix corn flour with cold milk and add salt, sugar & black pepper. Boil the puree and add corn flour mixture & stir well. Cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled Packy Macaroni & simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot with butter.
