MACARONI PAKORA
Ingredients :
Packy Macaroni - 200 gm., Onion - 1-2
nos. (finely chopped),
Cabbage - 50 gm., Cauliflower - 50 gm., Carrot - 1-2 nos., Potato - 2
nos.Big (boiled), Besan - 2 tbsp., Oil for frying, Salt, Red Chilli,
Garam Masala to taste, Green Coriander.
Method :
Boil sufficient water & add Packy Macaroni, 1/4 tsp. salt & 1 tbsp
Oil. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain water & run through tap water &
keep aside. Cut finely chopped onion. Grate all the vegetables and mix in
the besan & all spices. Mix boiled Packy Macaroni carefully so that it
will not break. Heat oil in the Pan and fry Pakoras. Serve hot with the
sauce as per taste.
