PACKY
MACARONI OR VERMICELLI CHIDWA
Ingredients :
Packy Vermicelli or Macaroni - 200 gm., Raw groundnut - 1/2 cup, Cucumber
- 1 no., Lemon juice - 2 tbsp., Green Coriander - 1 bunch (chopped), Curry
Leaves - few, Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp., Mustard Seeds - few, Oil - 2
tbsp., Salt, Red Chilli,
Garam Masala to taste.
Method :
Boil Packy Macaroni or Vermicelli in 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tbsp
oil. Cook Vermicelli for 5 minutes. Drain water & run through tap
water & keep aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in karahi saute mustard seed,
groundnut and add turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt, garam masala &
cucumber. Lastly mix Packy Macaroni or Vermicelli and Lemon juice. Garnish
with coriander & serve hot.
