MACARONI EGG CURRY
Ingredients :
Packy Macaroni - 200 gm., Eggs - 4 nos.(boiled), Onion - 1 cup
(paste), Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 tsp., Tomato Puree - 1 cup, Oil - 2 tbsp., Salt, Red
Chilli,
Garam Masala to taste.
Method :
Boil Packy Macaroni in 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tsp
oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain water & run through tap water &
keep aside. Boil the Eggs and cut into small pieces. Heat 1 tbsp. in a
pan, add ginger, garlic paste and onion paste. Cook till it gets brownish.
Add tomato puree & cook till oil separates. Lastly put 50 ml. water,
Packy Macaroni, eggs, spices & mix well. Simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish
with coriander and serve hot.
