PACKY
MACARONI CHOWMEIN
Ingredients :
Packy Macaroni - 200 gm.,
Cabbage - 100 gm., Capsicum - 2 nos. (big), Carrot - 1 no., Onion - 2
nos. (big), Bean - 50 gm., Vinegar - 2 tsp., Soya Sauce - 2 tsp., Tomato
Sauce- 1/2 cup, Oil - 2 tbsp., Salt,
Garam Masala to taste.
Method :
Boil Packy Macaroni in 1/4 tsp salt & 1 tbsp
oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain water & run through tap water &
keep aside. Cut all the vegetables in length wise. Heat oil in karahi
& fry onion till brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Lastly add Packy Macaroni, salt & all the sauces & serve hot.
